The election results from the midterms are barely a month old, and already the Republican establishment is handing their newly achieved power and control over to the Liberal/Communist Democrats. Why in the world are these people, whom we have elected to do one thing (STOP the Obama regime), running like scared little puppies? They have absolutely nothing to lose by standing up for We the People. The Liberal mainstream propaganda media already hates them, so why not go for broke?
They have taken impeachment off of the table for dealing with Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders. They want to give Harry Reid a chance to write a budget that will last the rest of the fiscal year, thus only giving newly elected members of Congress just over a year to get things turned around before the next election. All I can figure at this point is that newly-elected conservatives pose a greater threat to the establishment Progressive Republicans than their Communist/ Democrat friends do. One can only shake his head in disbelief. Whatever happened to working FOR We the People who gave them this power?
Once again, it will be up to us to burn up the Washington switchboards in hopes that it will make a difference. I fear that it won’t. The election is over; and, like every election, it will have major consequences for America. The politicians said the right things, did the right things, made the right promises, and re-secured their positions of power over the people; so now our usefulness will go away for another 2 years.
My God!! How much longer are we going to stand for business as usual while our great nation dies at the hands of those who claim to represent us? It is becoming increasingly clear that there is no longer any difference between the establishment parties. Both sides now run from a range of Progressive to Communist. The Conservative and Libertarian ideology has been tossed on to the dust heap of history–right on top of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
In order for America to survive as founded, it will require either a full Constitutional reset or a full re-founding with an entirely new set of representatives who love everything that America has always stood for. Will you step up and be a re-founder? Or will you keep your head in the sand and wait for someone else to do it?
